शुक्रवार सुबह से दिल्ली-एनसीआर के कई इलाकों में झमाझम बारिश हुई, तेज हवाओं और बिजली के साथ मौसम में बदलाव देखने को मिला। बारिश से लोगों को गर्मी से राहत मिली, लेकिन ट्रैफिक जाम ने परेशानी बढ़ाई। इसके बावजूद शहर की रफ्तार थमी नहीं और लोग अपने काम में जुटे रहे।

सरकार UGC जैसे कानून लागू करके भारत के इन मजबूत स्तंभों के साथ खिलवाड़ कर रही, देश में इनका योगदान सबसे ज्यादा है फिर भी ऐसा क्यों?

मुक्त की रेवड़ी किसी को मिल रही हो तो वो मना क्यों करेगा ? अब समय आ चुका आरक्षण खत्म करने का।

आज UGC को लेकर सुनवाई थी लेकिन सुनवाई नहीं हो सकी भ्रामक सूचनाओं से बचे अभी सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा किसी भी तरह का कोई निर्णय नहीं दिया गया हैं। तब तक विरोध जारी रखो।

✨Viral Tomato/Thakkali Bharta🍅🍛

✨ Ingre****nts
• 3–4 tomatoes (halved)
• 2 tsp oil (for roasting tomatoes)
• 5–6 garlic cloves
• 2 tsp oil (for tempering)
• 3–4 dried red chillies 🌶️
• 1 onion (sliced)
• Salt to taste
• Fresh coriander leaves 🌿

🧑🏻‍🍳 Method
1️⃣ Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add halved tomatoes & garlic, cover with lid and cook on low flame till soft
2️⃣Once soft, remove tomato skin and keep aside
3️⃣ In the same pan, heat 2 tsp oil add dried red chillies, roast for 1 minute & remove
4️⃣ Add sliced onions, roast till golden brown & remove
5️⃣ In a bowl, crush roasted red chillies using hands
6️⃣ Add roasted onions and mash well
7️⃣ Add cooked tomatoes, garlic & salt
8️⃣ Add fresh coriander and mash everything nicely.

✨ Ready! Serve with hot rice 🍚 or chapati 🤍
