रायबरेली : दस दिन पहले डलमऊ के रामपुर बरारा गांव स्थित मंदिर से चोरी हुई अष्टधातु की मूर्तियां पुलिस ने बरामद की हैं। 70 किलो की तीन मूर्तियों के साथ पुलिस ने चार आरोपितों को गिरफ्तार किया है व एक आरोपित की तलाश की जा रही है।
गांव निवासी राजाराम वाजपेयी ने 14 दिसंबर को पुलिस को तहरीर देकर बताया कि सुबह छह बजे वह घर के पास बने पूर्वजों द्वारा बनवाए गए मंदिर की सफाई करने गए। उन्होंने देखा कि मंदिर का ताला टूटा हुआ है और अंदर स्थापित तीन मूर्तियां गायब हैं। राजाराम ने बताया कि मूर्तियां अष्टधातु की है और करीब 200 वर्ष पुरानी है। राजाराम की तहरीर पर पुलिस ने केस दर्ज किया।
जांच के आधार पर एसओजी, डलमऊ व गदागंज पुलिस ने गुरुवार को डलमऊ के पखरौली गांव के पास चार आरोपितों को गिरफ्तार किया। इनमें डीह के कल्लू मिश्र का पुरवा मजरे पोठ‌ई निवासी आयुष त्रिवेदी, फिरोज गांधी कालोनी कोतवाली नगर निवासी शिवांक उर्फ शिवा, गदागंज के बीबा नहर निवासी अमन कुमार व भदोखर के पूरे माधव बख्श मजरे चकबल्लिहार निवासी अभिषेक यादव को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। अमन के मुर्गी फार्म के पास जमीन में छिपाई गई करीब 70 किलो की तीनों मूर्तियां पुलिस ने बरामद की हैं।
पुलिस अधिकारियों के अनुसार आरोपितों ने पूछताछ में बताया कि अपने एक साथी के जरिए उन्हें मूर्तियों के बारे में पता चला। जिस पर आरोपितों ने 13 दिसंबर की रात मूर्ति चोरी कर मुर्गी फार्म के पास जमीन में छिपा दी। इसके अतिरिक्त आरोपितों ने मंगलवार की रात चकमलिकभीटी गांव स्थित एक मकान में भी चोरी की वारदात को अंजाम दिया था। पुलिस अधीक्षक डॉ. यशवीर सिंह का कहना है कि आरोपितों के पास तीन मूर्तियां, दो बाइक व 30 हजार रुपये नकदी बरामद की गई है। सभी आरोपितों को जेल भेजा जा रहा है।
