नासिक के TCS केस में आरोप है कि कुछ कर्मचारियों ने अपने पद का दुरुपयोग करके महिला और पुरुष सहकर्मियों को मानसिक व यौन रूप से प्रताड़ित किया, ब्लैकमेल किया और धार्मिक दबाव बनाया।

पुलिस के अनुसार इस मामले में अब तक 9 FIR दर्ज हो चुकी हैं, 6 लोगों की गिरफ्तारी हुई है, और जांच में सामने आए कर्मचारियों को TCS ने सस्पेंड कर दिया है।

रिपोर्टों में यह भी कहा गया है कि पीड़ितों ने शिकायत की थी, लेकिन शुरुआती स्तर पर HR की तरफ से ठोस कार्रवाई नहीं हुई, जिसके बाद SIT बनाई गई।

TCS ने साफ कहा है कि उसकी harassment पर zero-tolerance policy है और वह पुलिस के साथ पूरी तरह सहयोग कर रही है; आगे की कार्रवाई जांच के नतीजों पर निर्भर होगी।

मोहल्लेवाले काफी आक्रोशित हैं। शनिवार को बच्चे के बाप और सौतेली मां को पुलिस घर लेकर पहुंची। यह देखते ही मोहल्ले के लोगों ने बवाल कर दिया। पुलिस दोनों को अंदर सीन री-क्रिएशन के लिए ले गई। बाहर मोहल्लेवालों ने गेट फांदना शुरू कर दिया। लोग मृत बच्चे के बाप और उसकी सौतेली मां को गालियां दे रहे थे।

पुलिस दोनों को लेकर जब घर से बाहर निकलने लगी तो लोगों ने घेर लिया। किसी तरह बचते-बचाते पुलिस दोनों आरोपियों को वहां से निकालकर ले जाने लगी। इस दौरान लोग बाप को आधे घंटे के लिए छोड़ देने के लिए चिल्ला रहे थे। उनका कहना था कि इसे छोड़ दो, न्याय हम लोग करेंगे। पुलिस ने जब कहा कि न्याय होगा तो एक शख्स ने कहा- या तो छोड़ दो या फिर तुम लोग ही इसे मारो।
